Meet the Team:

Matt Mitrano
Owner / President
Founded Mitrano Removal Service LLC in 1992

In 1996, there was a birthday party thrown for me.  At that time, my sister Marie and Tony Zeissig were the only two employees at Mitrano Removal Service. Tony brought a friend with him to the party.  After a few hours of celebrating, that friend of Tony’s came up to me and said, “Hey Matt.  If you need any help, I’m your man”.  Well, it’s now 2016 and Mike Marshall has proven time and time again that he is “The Man”.  The main thing that makes Mitrano Removal Service successful is its employees.  I am very fortunate to work with each and every one of them.

When I’m not at work, I spend my free time watching my kids play sports and getting to the ocean whenever I can.

Mike MarshallMike Marshall
Operations Manager

I have worked at Mitrano Removal Service since 1996.

I started working at Mitrano’s without any experience in the industry. When I started here, there were only three trucks and two employees. Over the years, I have grown with the company as I watched it expand to its current size. Mitrano Removal Service is a unique company because of it’s small, family owned feel while still having the capabilities of the big corporate companies.

When I am not at Mitrano’s, you’ll find me out on the ice, playing goalie for a couple of local ice hockey leagues, or spending time with my family.

Randy Bissell
Sales Manager

I have been a life-long friend of the Mitrano Family but hired as the sales manager in 2010.

I began in the industry in 1989 as a driver for a national chain, working my way out of the truck and into the healthcare segment of sales. I was trained to sell and service the trash and recycling needs of schools/colleges and healthcare facilities, assisting purchasers and facility managers with cost reduction programs via compaction and recycling; waste audits /medical waste dos and don’ts, etc.  I worked my way up to sales manager over the years for these larger companies.

Having worked and sales managed for the national chains, I find working with and for, a family run operation is refreshing and rewarding. Mitrano Removal Service has the personal touch that goes a long way toward gaining the trust and confidence of prospects in every industry. Mitrano Removal Service LLC offers all the same programs as a national chain but has the ability to respond quickly. Communication between customers and Mitrano Removal is easy and always welcome.

When I’m away from Mitrano’s, I like to go on hikes with my dog, Diesel, and catching up with my young adult kids. I also enjoy looking around at flea markets and yard sales.

Our Office Team:

PattyPatty Dee
Office Manager

I joined the Mitrano Removal Service team in 2012, first in the sales and marketing office, now as office manager. Before I came to Mitrano Removal, I was in the florist business so I like to say I’ve gone from flowers to trash.

I love working at Mitrano Removal! The friendly team atmosphere makes it easy to come to work every day. I enjoy the customer connection we have with our local communities as well as those in surrounding areas.

When I’m not at work, my favorite places to visit are Nantucket and NYC. I enjoy my Book Club (though books are not always read), watching the Boston Bruins, and spending time with my family, including my dogs, Guinness and Killian.

Billing and Office Operations

I have been at Mitrano Removal Service since 2007. I have done office work for most of my career, and really enjoy the billing part of it. Mitrano Removal Service has such a pleasant working atmosphere, with good people. Matt truly cares about his employees.

After work I enjoy many activities with family and friends, such as gardening, walking, Pilates, Bible study and church activities, as well as reading.

Tina Allen

I started working at Mitrano Removal Service LLC in 2015. My responsibilities include customer service, dispatch, fleet tracking, creating business reports, and billing support.

Sales  and Marketing Assistant

As a 2016 addition to Mitrano Removal Service, it is exciting to learn about trash removal and recycling. My responsibilities include supporting the Sales Manager Randy, overseeing social media, and working with the office staff. I love the feeling of being part of a company that cares about our environment and does their part in keeping green.  It is great to work in a friendly, happy environment.

When I am outside the office my time is spent in many directions. Whether on a lacrosse field, at a basketball game, or a track meet, I am enjoying the many activities of my children. In my spare time I enjoy hiking, biking, and our family weekends at Lake Winnipesaukee.

Tony Zeissig

I have been back at Mitrano Removal Service since 2011.

My specialty at Mitrano’s is the frontload truck, but I am also happy to jump into any truck to get our services done. I love everything about Mitrano’s- the other employees, our customers, and especially the Christmas parties!

When I’m not at Mitrano Removal, I love spending time with my kids and my pet turtle. I enjoy running as much as I can and I play hockey in a local league.

I have been at Mitrano Removal Service since 2013.

My specialty here is the big trucks, servicing 30-yard containers for our customers, though I’ll jump in any truck to help out. I like that every day at Mitrano’s is a little different. Every stop brings new scenery or new challenges, which I’m ready for.

I also work as a firefighter/EMT for the Town of Shirley. When I’m not working I enjoy spending time with my family and going to concerts.

Most of my work here is done in a “big truck”, but you can also find me in the tractor trailer. I can also jump into a small truck if needed. The thing I like most about working at Mitrano’s is my Co-Workers. Everyone gets along with everyone, and we all look out for each other.
