But behind our drivers is an office staff focused on keeping everything running smoothly. As a family owned and operated business for almost thirty years, everyone here at Mitrano is a tight knit team.

Starting at the top, there’s company owner and President Matt Mitrano. Matt’s rigorous work ethic, unwavering determination to provide the best service in the waste industry, and his customers-first approach has enabled our company to successfully grow and earn a reputation as one of the area’s top waste removal services.

Next is Mike Marshall, our Operations Manager, who’s been with us since almost the beginning. When Mike joined us in 1996 we had only two employees and three trucks. Mike quickly proved himself highly capable and flexible. His versatility is a great asset in keeping the operations running smoothly while the company continues to grow.

Office Manager

Office Manager Patty Dee, who joined Mitrano in 2012 has been keeping us on track ever since. Patty started out in the sales and marketing office and quickly moved into the office manager position. Community means a lot to Patty, which is why she enjoys the personalized customer connection we have with all the surrounding towns.

Then there’s Sales Manager Randy Bissell, who joined the company back in 2010, bringing over 20 years of industry experience with him. Randy gained all that experience working for some of the country’s biggest waste removal chains. Now we’re able to offer all the same programs that the big national companies offer but in a more personal manner. Couple that with Randy’s personable customer service and timely communications, and we’ve got a recipe for success.

Behind our management team stands a highly skilled and experienced office staff that makes everything we do possible. Sales and Marketing Assistant Michelle Zuccaro works closely with Randy and handles our social media and marketing projects. She has been a Mitrano team member since 2016. Our billing specialist Karen Rau has been with us since 2007. Karen’s personal attention to the billing process compliments our great customer service reputation. Rounding out the team is Administrative Assistant Tammy Finnegan, who handles daily customer service, and billing support. She is our newest team member.

What makes us such tight-knit team here at Mitrano is the shared goal of ensuring that we do everything possible to keep our customers happy. Our friendly, timely service has worked well for us for almost thirty years, and will continue to guide us into the future.
